We are seeking an experienced construction project superintendent to oversee projects. This position requires a background in construction and experience within the field in general construction, concrete, earthwork, and excavation.
Job Description:
The Project Superintendents job is to meet or exceed the projects goals and objectives in the areas of quality, customer satisfaction, completion time and bottom-line profit.
Areas of Responsibility:
- To perform and supervise the labor, carpentry and concrete
- Project coordination.
- Field records- time cards, daily reports, and project progress
- Job site organization, image and safety.
- Project cost.
- To communicate with project manager regarding submittals, deliveries, and subcontractors.
- To maintain company vehicles, equipment and tools.
- To ensure that the project meets the requirements of the plans, specifications, submittals, shop drawings, contract terms and change orders.
- To ensure that projects are completed within the necessary time frame.
- Coordinate with general manager, project manager, other project superintendents, and office manager.
- Supervise company field employees and subcontractors.
