Office Manager/Bookkeeper Role
This full-time position is responsible for managing office operations, including bookkeeping tasks, administrative assistance, and equipment operation. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll data entry, and invoicing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QuickBooks is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounts Payable, Receivable, and Payroll Data Entry
- Operate Office Equipment and Provide Minor Technical Assistance
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service
- Perform General Office Administration Duties, Including Printing, Scanning, Filing, and Supply Orders
