POSITION DETAILS
The Fullerton School District is seeking qualified individuals for part-time positions as Expanded Learning Lead Instructional Assistant. Under general direction, this position assists in the organization, implementation, and lead responsibilities of the expanded learning program for school-age children. This position is a primary responsible for assisting the Site Supervisor with site program planning and organization, student supervision, and provide direction to instructional assistant staff when the site supervisor is off-campus. The instructional assistant staff assigned to this program work directly with the students in instructional and recreational activities.
HOURS OF WORK:
The After School Program has set hours depending on the school site, but can be scheduled between the hours of 1 PM and 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Applicants MUST be available to work the posted hours Monday through Friday. Position can work 4-5 hrs/day (20-25 hours/week), 10-months/year with paid holidays, sick leave, and vacation.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Education: Any combination equivalent to two years of college-level coursework at an accredited college. Emphasis in child development, education, or related field desirable.
Experience: Two years related paid experience preferred. Child development permit desirable.
Licenses/Other: Maintain valid and current First Aid and CPR Certificates must be obtained within the first six months of employment.
