The Position

FullStack is seeking a Junior Account Executive to support the company's global business and revenue objectives. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with a college degree in a technology-related field who are eager to develop their career in technology and business development. While no prior sales experience is required, we are seeking individuals who can leverage their technical knowledge to understand and communicate FullStack's capabilities to potential clients. As a Junior Account Executive, you will receive comprehensive training in the fundamentals of sales, including CRM usage, outbound prospecting, and solution selling.

What We Are Looking For

  • A college degree in a technology-related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering).
  • Strong interest in technology and the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
  • No prior sales experience is required; we will provide comprehensive training in sales processes, CRM systems, and outbound prospecting.
  • A motivated, flexible, and service-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot is a plus) is helpful but not required.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Enthusiasm for building relationships and learning the sales process.
  • Advanced English proficiency is required.
  • Location in Nashville is required.
  • This role requires working from our Brentwood, TN office five days a week.
