The Fullsteam People Operations team is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst to join our growing team! You will be responsible for continued optimization and support of Fullsteam's Workday platform, including working with end users to gather business requirements, troubleshoot systems issues, and perform ongoing configuration and enhancement. You have deep expertise in Workday and other HR systems, and you have a creative problem-solving mentality. We are looking for someone to help take us to the next level in our Workday journey!
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Leverage deep knowledge of Workday, and other systems as assigned, to lead configuration, deployment and continuous improvement of modules, features, or functionality
- Collaborate closely with HR leadership, business partners, and technical teams to drive the successful design and deployment of solutions, ensuring seamless user adoption.
- Partner with HR to develop and refine actionable reports and user-friendly dashboards that inform decision-making.
- Participate in initiatives that integrate Workday with other systems and assists in collection and consults to refine requirements with the HR users and vendors
- Analyze and recommend enhancements to business processes and other aspects of system configuration to streamline HR operations and optimize efficiency while ensuring data integrity.
- Lead high-impact HRIS and Workday projects and enhancements, taking full ownership of managing the work, meetings, deadlines and resources to ensure successful completion.
- Evaluate, communicate, and coordinate the technical impacts of Workday configuration decisions, providing detailed analysis when necessary
- Track issues and risks, communicates status, and escalate to management
- Provide tier 2 support on HRIS production issues, including liaison with external Workday support partners
- Participate in Workday upgrade preparation and release activities, including feature review, impact analysis, regression testing, education, and updates to training materials
