Protégé Hunters has an immediate opportunity for a Senior Workday HRIS Analyst, The ideal candidate will have a proven track record configuring and maintaining the Workday platform for payroll, time tracking, absence management, and benefits. As well as experience managing projects, working with stakeholders, and delivering reports within timelines and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Analytical Skills and Business Process expertise
- Experience in Human Capital Management and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems)
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits administration
- Basic understanding of Workday Security.
- Proficient in Workday EIB Data loading process.
- Must have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, be highly organized, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 5 plus years experience configuring and maintaining the Workday platform for payroll, time and absence management, and benefits administration, including managing the configuration of the system, testing new features and functionality, and providing support to end-users
- 6 years of payroll processing life-cycle within Workday (pay inputs, calculations, retro processing, complete, settlement) and pay calculation troubleshooting and strong knowledge of Workday Benefits, Absence, and Time Tracking modules with experience configuring benefits and absence plans, time off, time entry templates and codes, accrual calculations and schedules.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience with Workday software is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
