Position Summary
The Assembler uses blue prints and hand tools to build conveyor products
● Performing assembly based on drawings and supervisor instructions.
● Following supervisor instructions of work to be performed
● Self-inspecting work to insure quality and compliance to specification
● Using computer to record assembly status
● Following safety instructions and rules
● Working overtime and assigned shifts as instructed
● Employees are responsible to comply with all requirements of the company's policies and procedures.
● Employees are ensured to sustain process outputs that drive continuous improvement to provide industry performance and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
● High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
● Minimum 1 year of related experience preferred
● Ability to read blueprints
● Knowledge of standard and metric measurements
● Knowledge of quality assurance and self-inspection techniques
● Self-motivated and detail-oriented
● Team orientation
● Forklift operation experience preferred but not required
