Job Summary:
This role blends supervisory responsibilities, ensuring workplace safety through floor walks, and maintaining open communication with client management for exceptional customer service. You'll be consistently available to support employees, clients, and FSS Staffing management.
Schedule: 7 AM - 4 PM, (must be flexible) | Pay Rate: $19-$21/hr

Essential Functions:
- Oversee attendance and punctuality of On-Site employees.
- Lead and guide On-Site employees with professionalism.
- Set priorities, meet timelines, and adhere to deadlines.
- Manage workers' compensation and handle injury events promptly.
- Conduct pre-shift safety meetings.
- Administer Material Handling Equipment certifications.
- Perform safety inspections to maintain a secure work environment.
- Manage employee timekeeping programs.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Enforce disciplinary actions as necessary.
- Keep employee database updated.
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by the On-Site Manager.
- Fulfill additional duties and responsibilities as needed.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED minimum.
- Warehouse/distribution experience preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and other computer skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish (reading, writing, speaking) is required.
Computer Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Reasoning & Leadership Abilities:
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and lead a diverse workforce.
- Knowledge of distribution center (DC) operations.
- Strong teamwork and leadership mindset.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
- Extended periods of sitting at a computer.
- Climbing stairs as needed.
