Job Title: Payroll Supervisor
Salary: $47,500- $52,000

Job Title: Admin Payroll Supervisor
Reports to: Admin Payroll Manager
FLSA Status: Exempt
Job Purpose: To provide primary operational support for the Payroll Manager by administering the day to day aspects of all payroll tasks in the Admin office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reviews and approves weekly agency payroll.
- Reviews and approves agencies’ PAR, payroll action requests.
- Prepares payroll cost report for Admin – Accounting for weekly and monthly reporting needs before Tuesdays 9:00AM.
- Reviews federal and multi state tax returns for distribution centers.
- Support WCD distribution center payroll supervisors’ inquiries and requests to solve payroll issues.
- Serves as back up in the absence of Admin Payroll Administrator.
- Work with other duties/projects assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a self-initiator who can complete an assigned task with little or no supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent phone skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Education and/or Experience:
- Knowledge of payroll systems and be able to grasp processing schemes and systems quickly.
- Knowledge of Paychex is a plus.
- An associate degree in a business-related discipline is preferred.
