What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Control position at FullSteam?
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Clerk to join our team in Madera, CA. The ideal candidate will have a background in quality control within the almond industry, though we are open to candidates with relevant quality control experience who are eager to learn. This role is critical to ensuring that our almond products meet the highest quality standards.
Pay Rate: $18/hr-$18.50 per hour | Shift: 1st/2nd

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a quality control role, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in almond processing or a similar agricultural industry.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to operate and calibrate testing equipment.
- Familiarity with quality control standards and regulatory requirements relevant to almond processing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and collaboration.
- Willingness to undergo training on 1st shift and transition to 2nd shift after training period.
Working Conditions:
- Hot production environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to machinery and potential allergens
