The primary responsibility of this position is to manage a team of Professionals engaged in Investment Management, including business planning, revenue forecasts, establishing goals and targets, development and implementation of operating processes and procedures and ensure compliance to applicable regulations. The incumbent will also manage investment portfolios for assigned clients, maintain and expand existing client relationships, develop new client relationships and contribute to broader departmental and corporate initiatives.
- Manage assigned investment portfolios for assigned clients (individuals, endowments, charities, estates, corporations, etc), analyze account objectives, develop appropriate investment strategy, execute security purchases and allocation changes, forecast and evaluate portfolio performance and make adjustments accordingly, source technical expertise related to taxes, market and legal issues
- Identify, engage and develop new business opportunities, facilitate an effective referral network, gain an understanding of prospect needs and influence prospects to recognize Fulton's capabilities and the benefits of Fulton's value proposition
- Maintain appropriate level of engagement with existing clients, monitor product performance and client satisfaction, identify and execute on relationship growth opportunities
- Promote constant analysis and improvement of operating processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and client satisfaction, ensure all activities are executed in accordance with established internal risk and compliance processes, and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements, complete required portfolio reviews, remain current on all existing and emerging regulatory concerns
Bachelor Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Business Administration, Finance, Economics or other applicable. (Required)
Master Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Business Administration (MBA). (Preferred)
Experience10 or more years Investment Management. (Required)
3 or more years Management/Supervisory. (Preferred)
CertificationsChartered Financial Analyst (CFA). (Preferred)

The salary range may vary based on geographic location.
The salary range for this position is $136,000.00 - $226,600.00 annually.

This job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units. This job is eligible to participate in a short-term incentive compensation plan subject to individual and company performance.
