Established in 1939 and located at 135 E. Linfoot St., Wauseon, OH 43567, Fulton Industries Inc. is a Tier 2 automotive supplier specializing in deep drawn and custom-formed metal stampings. With over 85 years of experience, we have built a reputation for quality and innovation in the metal stamping industry.
What We Offer:
· 4-year paid apprenticeship (8,000 hours of on-the-job training)
· 736 hours of related instruction 36 college credit hours (Northwest State Community College)
· A clear career path to earning a state-issued journeyman card
· Hands-on experience in a high-demand trade with long-term job stability
What We’re Looking For:
· 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED
· Interest in tool & die, machining, or stamping (prior experience is a plus!)
· Ability to pass the Ramsay Mechanical Repair Aptitude Test (min. 85%)
· Commitment to a 6-year program (4 years of training 2 years employment post-training)
