What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) position at FUN Behavioral Solutions LLC?
FUN Behavioral Solutions provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) services in the home, school, as well as in the community. As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Analyst (BCaBA) with FUN Behavioral Solutions, you will work with families and implement programs to improve a client’s daily living skills with the goal of independence. At FUN Behavioral Solutions, you will have the opportunity to work with a team and a culture that is all about encouraging each other to succeed and having FUN while doing it.
The ideal candidate will have their BCBA or BCaBA certification and experience providing behavioral intervention services in home, school, or community settings. We are offering part-time to full-time hours as we build your caseload.
Responsibilities:
· Completing assessments and reassessments
· Working with individuals and their parents to develop individualized goals that best fit their needs
· Implementing behavior plans and supervising registered behavior technicians (RBTs)
· Providing caregiver training
· Complete session notes in a timely manner
· Monitor data to ensure that treatment is effective
· Conduct assessments (i.e., VB-MAPP, ABLLS, etc.)
· Collaborating with caregivers
· Adherence to all ethical guidelines as set forth by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $34.00 - $68.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
