Cashier/Court Monitor/ Party Hosts

Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and engaging Party Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for guests, particularly children, during events and parties. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage various activities in a fun and safe environment.

Duties

• Welcome guests and provide an overview of the event schedule.
• Facilitate games and activities to ensure all participants are engaged and having fun.
• Manage food service, including serving snacks and beverages while adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately during events.
• Address any guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Collaborate with team members to set up and break down event spaces efficiently.
• Monitor the safety of all guests, especially children, ensuring a secure environment throughout the event.
• Utilize conflict management skills to resolve any issues that may arise during parties.

Experience
Candidates should possess experience in customer service or hospitality roles. Preferred qualifications include:

• Public speaking skills to engage with guests effectively.
• Previous work in a resort or similar environment is a plus.
• Experience as a lifeguard is beneficial for ensuring safety during water-related activities.
• Background in theater can enhance presentation skills and creativity in hosting events.
• Familiarity with food service practices is advantageous.
• Experience working with children is essential for this role.
