Cashier/ Court Monitors/ Party Hosts

Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Party Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for guests during events and parties. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. As a Party Host, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all guests have a fantastic time while adhering to our standards of service.

Duties

• Welcome guests and provide them with information about the event schedule and activities.
• Coordinate event logistics, including setup and breakdown of party areas.
• Manage guest interactions and ensure a high level of satisfaction throughout the event.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Assist with food service, ensuring that all food and beverages are presented well and served promptly.
• Engage with guests through public speaking or entertainment activities as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during events.
• Address any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the party area before, during, and after events.

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or guest services is preferred.
• Skills in cash handling and basic financial transactions are essential.
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is a plus.
• Background in events management or theater can be beneficial for engaging guests effectively.
• Lifeguard certification is a nice-to-have for events involving water activities.
• Strong public speaking abilities to entertain and engage guests during events.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for creating enjoyable experiences for others.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
