The Front of the House Manager is responsible for the front of the house and all of its functions. This person will direct the activities of front of the house hourly associates ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of the FOH, friendly and efficient guest service by hourly employees, and any administrative and accounting duties as may be required. A customer-service and sales-oriented mindset are required. Other duties may be assigned as needed. The Front of the House will accomplish this through the use of coaching, feedback, and people development skills, by providing vision and leadership to the front of the house staff.

The successful manager candidate will possess at least two years of supervisory experience in a full-service restaurant/bar with demonstrated ability to lead a team of hourly employees. The qualified candidate will at minimum possess a high school diploma or equivalent. This position requires reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and a flexible schedule with the ability to regularly work evenings and weekends. Front-of-House managers must possess current alcohol and food certifications that meet state requirements. This position requires the ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 12 hours in length and be able to lift 25-50 pounds.
