Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations of team members.
- Oversee cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy in transactions and reporting.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food service and adherence to quality standards.
- Assist in catering events, managing logistics and guest interactions to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, fostering a welcoming environment.
- Implement strategies for improving service efficiency and enhancing the overall guest experience.
- Ordering Alcohol for the establishment
- Monthly product inventory
- Weekly Staff Scheduling
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a leadership role within food service or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food service management principles and kitchen operations.
- Experience with cash handling and financial reporting is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a diverse team.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A background in catering or event management is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Food Handler's and Responsible Alcohol Service Certifications a plus
