Our In-Home Sales Representative (Design Consultant) are the face of our company, working directly with customers to transform their outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-set, pre-qualified in-home appointments provided by the company.
- Assess client needs during on-site consultations and present creative design solutions.
- Deliver engaging sales presentations showcasing our outdoor living products and services.
- Use design software to bring client visions to life.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiating contracts to secure same-day sales.
- Collaborate with construction managers to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through follow-ups and encourage referrals.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and performance targets.
Requirements:
- 5 years of outside sales experience, ideally in home improvement or remodeling.
- Proven ability to achieve and surpass sales goals.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Experience with design concepts and software is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license required.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
