Duties:
- Assist in executing events on the job site
- Coordinate with vendors, staff, and clients to ensure smooth event operations
- Provide excellent guest services and ensure client satisfaction
- Set up and tear down of event spaces
- Manage time effectively to meet event deadlines
- Complete forms and paperwork
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in events or hospitality is preferred
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests, clients, and team members
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent time management skills to ensure events run smoothly and on schedule
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
- Ability to physically lift and move equipment 50lbs and more.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
