Salary :  $55,000 – $80,000 per year ($1,058 – $1,538 per week)

Schedule :  Flexible, includes weekends and evenings

About The Amador Gallery (TAG)

The Amador Gallery (TAG) is a  multi-use creative hub, exclusive event space, and upscale lounge bar  in Kissimmee, FL. We specialize in curating  high-end nightlife experiences, private events, and premium networking opportunities.

We are seeking an  experienced and results-driven Operational Manager  to oversee  all aspects of TAG's operations, ensuring smooth execution of events, financial growth, and guest satisfaction.  If you thrive in  fast-paced environments, excel in managing teams, and can implement systems for efficiency , this role is for you!

Responsibilities : 🔹 Business & Venue Operations

  • Oversee  daily operations  of TAG, ensuring smooth execution of  events, staffing, and venue logistics .
  • Implement and optimize  operational workflows, SOPs, and efficiency strategies .
  • Manage  inventory, vendor relationships, and supply chain logistics  for venue essentials.
  • Ensure compliance with  licensing, health, safety, and liquor laws .

Event & Revenue Management

  • Oversee and  coordinate bookings, private event rentals, and VIP experiences .
  • Monitor  sales, financial performance, and profit margins  to maximize revenue.
  • Implement  upsell strategies  for bottle service, table reservations, and memberships.
  • Manage POS systems, payment processes, and  cash flow tracking .
  • Marketing & Community Engagement

  • Work with the marketing team to  drive event promotions and audience growth .
  • Develop  partnerships with local businesses and influencers  to increase brand awareness.
  • Oversee social media  engagement strategies, giveaways, and campaigns  with the team.
  • Ensure  consistency in branding and guest experience  at all TAG events.
  • Team Leadership & Customer Experience

  • Recruit, train, and manage  event staff, bartenders, and security .
  • Implement  staff performance tracking systems  to optimize efficiency.
  • Ensure  premium guest experiences , handling VIPs, concerns, and customer service strategies.
  • Growth & Expansion Initiatives

  • Assist in launching  new event themes, premium membership experiences, and brand expansions .
  • Research and implement  cutting-edge hospitality trends  to keep TAG competitive.
  • Develop SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for  scalability and future expansion .
  • Ideal Candidate Profile

    3 years of experience  in  operations management, event planning, nightlife, or hospitality .

    Strong understanding of  business strategy, venue management, and revenue growth tactics .

    Experience with  team leadership, hiring, and performance management .

    Comfortable working  evenings, weekends, and high-energy environments .

    Marketing and  social media knowledge is a plus .

    Must be  highly organized, resourceful, and solutions-driven .

    Strong ability to  problem-solve under pressure and adapt to fast-paced changes .

    Compensation & Benefits :

    Annual Salary Range :  $55,000 – $80,000 per year (based on experience & qualifications)

    Weekly Pay :  $1,058 – $1,538 per week
