Reports to : SVP of Sales
Location : Orlando
Travel : 20%
Key Objectives
- Provide administrative support to the sales team to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain organized and accurate sales records, contracts, and guest communications.
- Assist with sales reporting and analysis to track performance and identify trends.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring efficient scheduling and documentation.
- Support the processing of orders, invoices, and payments related to sales transactions.
- Enhance guest service by responding promptly to inquiries and assisting with guest requests.
