Job Overview:
FDCO is looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager – On Premise (BDM - ONP) to expand our presence in the beverage industry. This role focuses on growing our on-premise account base, driving sales volume, and executing high-impact events. Key Responsibilities:
On-Premise Account Development (45%)
- Build a portfolio of 60 on-premise accounts in the assigned territory within 180 days.
- Achieve monthly performance targets (tap handles, volume, placements, revenue).
- Continuously discover and close new accounts while maintaining strong relationships.
- Target competitors’ products and leverage FDCO services to capture sales.
- Ensure FDCO POS placement in all accounts.
On-Premise Event Management (45%)
- Plan and execute 1-2 custom activations per month to drive engagement and sales.
- Identify key partner accounts and develop high-value events.
- Schedule, coordinate, and market events in collaboration with internal teams.
- Maximize third-party event opportunities in the local market.
Operations Support (10%)
- Assist the FDCO sales team with operational tasks as needed.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- 2 years of on-premise sales or route management experience with a beverage distributor or brewery.
- Strong knowledge of the local on-premise market and outlets.
- Experience using VIP SRS or Encompass ERP for sales management.
- Established network of on-premise contacts within the market.
