Job Title: Merchandiser
Reports to: Sales Director
Compensation: $18/hour
Travel: <10%

Job Overview:

FDCO is seeking a dedicated Merchandiser to ensure our beverage products are well-stocked, properly displayed, and readily available for purchase in retail stores. This role involves store visits, merchandising, occasional deliveries, and in-store activations. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Service (50%)

• Visit assigned retail accounts and merchandise FDCO products.
• Ensure all products meet company standards and are ready for sale.
• Build relationships with store personnel and represent FDCO professionally.
• Communicate updates via Slack and report to the supervisor.

Store Delivery (30%)

• Deliver products to assigned accounts when needed.
• Manage all aspects of the delivery process, including arrival, check-in, merchandising, payment collection, and submission.
• Document deliveries through ECP and Slack.

Store Activations (10%)

• Conduct in-store demonstrations to promote FDCO products.
• Engage with customers to drive product awareness and sales.

Order Selection / Warehouse (10%)

• Assist in building orders for store deliveries as assigned.
• Participate in general warehouse maintenance tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of delivery and merchandising experience preferred.
• Clean driving record required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to lift and move products as needed.
