Functional Industries is seeking a dedicated Packaging & Assembly Associate to join our mission-driven team. In this role, you wont just assemble and package productsyoull help us deliver excellence to our clients while supporting a nonprofit that makes a real difference.
Your Role:
- Assemble products with precision and care, ensuring every detail meets our high-quality standards.
- Conduct quality control with an unwavering focus on accuracy.
- Stay on schedule and meet production deadlines with a proactive, organized approach.
- Maintain focus and efficiency in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
What Youll Bring to the Table:
- Attention to detail that ensures every product meets the highest standards of excellence.
- The ability to work efficiently while meeting deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- Physical capability to bend, twist, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- A strong sense of responsibility and reliability, backed by a clear background check and OIG clearance, and a commitment to working alongside adults with disabilities to create a supportive and inclusive environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School Diploma (preferred but not required).
- One year of experience in assembly or packaging (preferred but were happy to train someone eager to learn).
