Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Qualification
- Research prospective clients in the hospital and rehabilitation services industry.
- Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and social media to build relationships and generate leads.
- Qualify leads based on criteria and route them to the appropriate sales team members.
- Collaborate with the VP of National Accounts on strategic sales initiatives.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
- Provide leadership with insights into client needs and emerging opportunities.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for potential clients, delivering outstanding service to build trust and credibility.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or a related role, ideally in the healthcare sector.
- Familiarity with hospital rehabilitation services is a strong advantage.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Proven organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
