We provide exceptional therapy services across Skilled Nursing Facilities, Senior Living communities, and hospitals, while fostering a culture where employees thrive.
What You'll Do:
As an HRBP, you’ll serve as a critical liaison between employees, operations, and the corporate HR team. You’ll act as an employee champion and change agent while supporting key HR initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coaching and guiding managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Overseeing employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
- Managing HR processes such as hiring, training, licensure updates, and compliance.
- Collaborating across HR functions to deliver value-added services that align with organizational goals.
- Participating in new facility start-ups and ensuring smooth HR operations.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–5 years of HR experience, with expertise in employment laws.
- Residency in the Central or Eastern Time Zone is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field (preferred).
- PHR or SHRM-CP certifications (state specialties for Central/Eastern regions preferred).
- A proactive and adaptable mindset with excellent communication skills.
