Charge Nurse RN
6AM - 2PM Shift full-time
Position Summary:
Working as a Charge Nurse in long term care offers a unique opportunity to combine supervisory and leadership experience with compassion, patience, and understanding. Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise staff and overall clinical outcomes.
- Ensure quality care, customer service, and employee relationships are top priorities.
- Supervise and provide career coaching to existing members on staff.
- Provide direct patient care, collect patient data, make observations, and report pertinent information related to patient care.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Current RN license in good standing (required by state).
- 1 years of supervisory experience.
- Stable work history and dedication to lead our healthcare team.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain positive employee relationships.
- Ability to follow all applicable policies and procedures as well as current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern long term care facilities.
