- Schedule appointments and meetings to streamline operations
- Assist in preparing engaging reports and impactful presentations
- Assist in Recruiting
- Coordinate office supplies and ensure equipment maintenance is timely
- Greet visitors warmly and provide exceptional assistance
- Carry out data entry and various clerical tasks as needed
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar capacity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is a must
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong multitasking abilities and prioritization skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Commitment to punctuality and strong interpersonal skills
