Education Administrative Assistant
DESCRIPTION OF BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under general supervision, the Education Administrative Assistant for our Special Education program at our four locations: Appleton, Oshkosh, Wausau, and Green Bay, will play a critical role in providing support for the educational services we offer.
SUPERVISOR: Chief Operating Officer
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet Clients and make them feel welcome in person and on the phone.
- Contracts with School Districts: Establish and maintain relationships with local school districts to negotiate and manage contracts for services provided.
- Ensure Clients records are up to date at all times.
- Communication: Answering phones, emails, Setting up meetings and tours, etc.
- Student Attendance
- Community Outreach: Engage with community stakeholders to promote our programs, gather feedback, and foster partnerships that enhance educational opportunities for students.
- Participates in family and youth outreach opportunities, including but not limited to Family Night
- Participate in early release days and other professional development opportunities.
- Adhere to HIPPA guidelines and maintain respect and confidentiality for all children and families
- Any additional tasks given by the Supervisor to strengthen our program

- Coordinate services to support student success;
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with Districts, Staff, etc.
- Speak and write effectively; analyze situations accurately and adopt an effective course of action
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- 1 year of experience working in education programming
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficient in Google Docs and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Resilient and able to work independently while maintaining a collaborative spirit.
- Exceptional professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to educational excellence.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
