About The Position
The Director of Sales and Operations will be responsible for driving occupancy and revenue growth, as well as overseeing and leading day to day operations across multiple onsite locations. This role involves a strong focus on lead conversion, maintaining operational capacity, and ensuring high quality customer service and support for healthcare professionals.
Operations Management
- Oversee facility operations and serve as the main point of contact for member related issues as they arise
- Manage location specific budgets and control spending
- Address technical issues and liaise with vendors and contractors as needed
- Drive occupancy and revenue targets, ensuring churn rate remains low
- Conduct in person tours, showcasing the product and value proposition to close deals
- Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through onboarding
- Utilize CRM tools to capture and manage leads effectively.Address escalated issues with professionalism and sensitivity
- Maintain strong relationships with members
- Train and motivate location based teams to conduct effective tours and maximize conversion rates
- Recruit, hire, and train location based teams
- Set and prioritize sales and operational goals
- Conduct team evaluations and performance reviews
- Develop and implement training and compliance programs
- Develop strategies to drive sales through partnerships, incentives, and campaigns
- Monitor industry trends and develop competitive strategies
- Bachelor degree with 3 years of experience in sales, real estate, or startup environments
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong leadership and team building skills
- Proficient with CRM platforms (HubSpot experience highly preferred)
- Technical aptitude for managing software tools and resolving issues
- Strong problem solving skills with a focus on solutions
- Self motivated, adaptable, and results driven
- Base salary range: $95,000–$105,000 (commensurate with experience)
