We are currently seeking a high energy, self-motivated, and creative individual to join our team as anIMPLEMENTATION MANAGER.
TheImplementation Manageris responsiblefor implementing new customers in PASSARE,our cloud-based (SaaS) application, training customers on a variety of features, developing long-term relationships, communicating efficiently via Zoom, and being comfortable traveling for occasional on-site trainings. TheImplementation Managerwill need to possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy that includes a big-picture vision and the drive to make that vision a reality within a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred; 4 years or moreexperience in customer support or operations also preferred
- Excellent communication skills, and ability to gather accurate information
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
- Effective problem resolution and critical thinking skills
- Ability to use and manage web-based and database tools
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with assigned funeral homes or trade businesses to implement Passare into their organization
- Conduct trainings or webinars via Zoom or other technology while building lasting relationships
- Educate customers on the value of the features within Passare and how they can help more effectively and efficiently run their business
- Work cross-functionally to triage any reported issues or bugs and prioritize remedies appropriately
- Create, from customer documents, on-line versions with data tagging (based on Word, PDF templates)
