As a Kitchen Team Member, you will play a vital role in our restaurant's success by providing exceptional food preparation and service. You will work collaboratively with your team to ensure that our kitchen operates efficiently and maintains the highest standards of food safety and quality. Duties

• Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and cooking ingredients according to recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and ready for use.
• Follow food safety guidelines and protocols to ensure the health and safety of all customers.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure timely service.
• Help with bussing tables as needed to maintain a clean dining environment for guests.
• Support other kitchen staff in various tasks as required, fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and management.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• A passion for culinary arts and willingness to learn new skills within the kitchen setting.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
