Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our culinary team at the Orlando Funny Bone Comedy Club, located at Pointe Orlando on International Drive. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a unique concept that combines fantastic food with live entertainment. Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare and cook menu items according to our recipes and high-quality standards, ensuring consistency and great taste.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal production.
- Set up cooking stations with ingredients and equipment, ensuring everything is ready for production.
- Follow recipe instructions, portioning methods, and cooking techniques to create delicious dishes.
- Assist the Kitchen Manager and team in conducting quality checks before food is sent out for service.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, must always adhere to health and safety regulations.
- Follow food safety regulations and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Clean and sanitize stations, floors, tools, cutting boards, and other surfaces before, during and after shifts.
- Monitor food quality and ensure dishes are cooked to perfection.
- Support team members and assist with inventory management and supply ordering when needed.
