Funtastic Gymnastics in Manteca, CA is looking for one gymnastics Program Director to join our team. We are located on 1475 Moffat Blvd Ste 7, Manteca, CA.

Responsibilities

This is a leadership role that requires you to manage various situations effectively, professionally, ethically and within the Funtastic Mission and Values. The Program Director is responsible for ensuring assigned programs and services are delivered to the highest standard and drive revenue growth.

Leads by example and motivates others, exemplifying the Funtastic Mission and Values.

Responsible for the enrollment and quality of our main gym All Around and T&T classes.

Promotes progress learning and teaches gymnastics skills to students of all ages, abilities, and experience levels.

Creates a good rapport and builds relationships with athletes, parents, and other patrons.

Creates and / or oversees the creation of lesson plans for events and classes that are challenging, engaging, fun, aligned with the GEMmnastics FUNdamentals progression system, and easily understood by other coaches.

Creates social media posts promoting our program and gymnastics as a whole.

May manage staff in assigned aspects of the program. For example, writing performance evaluations, providing them with verbal feedback on a consistent basis and keeping management informed of their performance.

May be required to complete various office related tasks, including but not limited to, enrolling students, taking payments, and answering phones and emails.

May be required to oversee operations in the absence of management.

Qualifications

Must be 18 or over.

Gymnastics experience. Ideally artistic and / or Trampoline and Tumbling.

Loves working with children.

Is a team player.

Enjoys encouraging others.

Able to stand for extended period of time.

Able to lift / move gymnastic mats of various weights and sizes.

Basic computer skills.

Available shifts and compensation : Available shifts all days except Sundays and Saturdays. Compensation is $26.00 - $30.00 / hour.
