Recruitment Account Manager – Recruitment Advertising
Ad Agency specializing in RECRUITMENT ADVERTISING in NYC seeks Account Manager with digital media and client facing background. Any recruitment or talent acquisition experience on the client or agency side would be considered a plus. Exciting and unique growth opportunity for someone with 3 to 5 years’ experience in Recruitment Advertising and/or Digital Media. This is a hybrid position working 3 days in office and 2 days remotely.

Responsibilities:
- Gaining a deep understanding of each client’s culture and recruitment needs
- Day-to-day interaction with clients and media vendors
- Manage, maintain and strengthen current client relationships.
- Willingness to roll up sleeves and be hands-on with administrative duties - when needed (could at times include posting jobs, generating insertion orders, billing prep)
- Becoming clients’ go-to resource on latest trends, best practices, etc.
- Establish close working relationships with media vendors
- Attending client and new business meetings
- Client presentations
- Delivering over and above client service and solutions
- Client reporting and analytics
- Communicating with clients and media in a clear written and verbal manner
- Presenting recommendations confidently and persuasively
- Ability to work both in collaboration with agency team members and independently
- Helping with creating PowerPoint presentations
- Experience in advertising or marketing (recruitment advertising experience a plus)
- Experience in Digital Media and Marketing
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Attention to detail
- New Business development ability a plus, but not required.
