Title: Project Coordinator
Salary: $55,000 a year
Location: Millersville, MD (Hybrid – in office 3 days/week)

At FSG, we collaborate with architects and interior designers to bring their visions to life by providing FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) for commercial projects nationwide. While our focus is primarily on senior living/resort retirement communities, we also cater to a diverse range of projects including high-end multi-family housing developments, student housing, restaurants, and hotels.
The Role:
Assist the Proposal and Project Management teams in performing duties related to sourcing, bidding and procurement of goods and services specific to the requirements of the project. This position requires a proactive person who excels in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about furniture and design.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Proposals team in creating proposals and bids for FF&E.
- Request pricing for specific products and services.
- Validate specifications for accuracy against specification and plans.
- Create bid analysis and other pricing evaluation exercises.
- Enter FF&E specifications for product and services into online procurement system.
- Prepare payment requests correlating to specific invoices and purchase orders.
- Expedite orders to be delivered according to the project schedule.
- Verify receipt of items at the designated warehouse in preparation for installation.
- Travel to the project site to oversee unboxing, assembly and placement of all product.
- Create and complete project punch-list for missing and damaged product)
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Google Doc skills
- Ability to solve problems
- Strong attention to detail
