About the Role
Furnitureland South, Inc is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join its Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional level HR support to our Operations segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for the Operations division
- Recruit and onboard new employees in the Operations department
- Collaborate with senior leadership to build strong relationships with Associates
- Assist with benefits administration and communication
- Lead performance management processes, including 30,60, and 90 day stay interviews and annual evaluations
- Investigate and resolve employee relations matters
- Participate in monthly Operations leadership meetings and departmental meetings
Requirements
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field and 1-3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree and 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources.
