Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR contact for the Operations division, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.
- Recruit and onboard new employees in Operations, including warehouse and delivery drivers.
- Assist associates with navigating the HRIS system, including password resets and mobile/desktop access.
- Lead the performance management process for Operations, including 30/60/90 day stay interviews and annual evaluations.
- Investigate and resolve employee relations matters, utilizing Executive Director of HR and/or Legal as needed.
- Assist with benefits administration, communicating information to employees and facilitating enrollment via the HRIS.
- Manage medical cards and driving requirements for drivers.
