Content Creation and StorytellingCapture organic content that communicates the Furnitureland South experience, including live coverage of events and in-store moments.Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing content such as photos, videos, reels, and stories.Craft compelling captions and posts that resonate with the target audience and reflect the brand's voice. Reputation ManagementMonitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews to foster community engagement and maintain a positive brand image.Address customer inquiries and escalate concerns when necessary to ensure a seamless experience.
