2nd shift quality technician. 5pm-3am Monday through Thursday.
The Inspection Technician will be responsible for performing quality control (QC) activities to ensure product conformance. This includes in-process part inspection, testing, conducting process audits, and providing quality-related support to Manufacturing, Engineering, and other departments. Additionally, this position will verify corrective actions and support the Final and Heat Treat Labs as needed.
- Conduct inspections and tests to verify product conformance
- Communicate discrepancies with relevant departments and suppliers
- Report nonconformance and assist in determining dispositions and process deviations
- Perform internal audits (ISO) and assist during external audits
- Document quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with internal procedures and standards
- Other duties assigned by the Supervisor
- Must be task oriented and able to work independently.
Training will be done on 1st shift 7am- 3pm m-f. Minimum 4 weeks at this shift before transition to 2nd.
