These roles are essential for driving operational excellence and enhancing guest satisfaction.
Further Concepts and Investors is a hospitality management company dedicated to evolving hospitality into unique and meaningful experiences for each and every guest. Since 2005, Further Concepts has produced over 500 events in over a dozen of cities around the United States. Further Concepts and Investors owns and operates Lori’s Roadhouse, Baru, Vintage on Race, and Voices of America Country Music Festival.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service.
Manage and train all staff to uphold service standards.
Defining, implementing and revising operational policies
Oversee food production processes to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Work closely with managers on daily and weekly staff schedules
Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining quality.
Handle cash management duties, including cash handling procedures and financial reporting.
Monitor all inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
Requires extensive experience in multi-venue leadership in a full service company.
Strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences with a guest-centric mindset.
Proven track record in driving sales growth and achieving KPIs.
Strong financial acumen and proficiency in POS and corporate software systems.
Excellent interpersonal communication, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence.
Prior experience in opening restaurants is strongly preferred.
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
