- Oversee inventory management, logistics coordination, and vendor interactions through the implementation of lean principles and enterprise resource planning systems.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales and global teams, adapting technical drawings and processes as necessary to accommodate U.S. operations.
- Lead team development initiatives, conduct performance evaluations, and implement continuous improvement programs to drive growth and success.
