Computer Support Specialist Fusco Personnel is actively recruiting for a Computer Support Specialist to join our clients in the Albany, NY area. This is a full-time, long-term contract opportunity. Duties & ResponsibilitiesDaily monitoring of data reporting from ePCR software vendorsDaily documenting and tracking quality of data submitted addressing data submission errors with prescribed responsesMonthly tracking of paper PCR requests from EMS Program AgenciesMonthly tracking of paper PCR submissions from EMS Program Agencies to the data entry vendorWeekly / Monthly monitoring of the Paper PCR Portal UtilizationTracking and monitoring technology projects within the Data and Informatics UnitMaintaining agency and regional reporting from PubPal (Drupal) survey to allow for agency specific data to help analyze 911 and IFT capabilities across NYSTracking regional elite state data flow statistics to identify gaps in submission and data quality concernsTracking and testing validation rules developed for the updated NYS Data StandardTracking training and education programming for standard implementation. Minimum Qualifications Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Access, PowerPoint and ExcelThe ability to work independentlyThe ability to work on a team and handle multiple, shifting prioritiesGood organizational skillsComfort with speaking on the phone and strong familiarity working in electronic databases Preferred QualificationsFamiliarity with and knowledge of the EMS system in NYSFamiliarity with the NEMSIS databasePrior experience working in a New York State Department of Health or Emergency Management environment.Salary$25.00 / hour / - Fusco Personnel takes great pride in successfully matching talent and culture for our valued clients.
