Our client is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Computer Support Specialist. This state agency oversees the mental health of New Yorkers.
Responsibilities :
- Daily monitoring of data reporting;
- Daily documenting and tracking quality of data submitted;
- Monthly tracking of paper PCR requests from EMS Program Agencies;
Monthly tracking of paper submissions
Tracking and monitoring technology projects
Maintaining agency and regional reporting to allow for agency specific data
Tracking regional elite state data flow statistics
Tracking training and education programming for standard implementation. Requirements :
The ability to work independently,
Cmfort with speaking on the phone,
Strong familiarity working in electronic databases.
Salary : $24 - $34
