Sr. Project Manager or Project Manager, Technical Assistance

Fusco Personnel is actively recruiting for a Sr. Project Manager or Project Manager, Technical Assistance, to join our client in leading the nation in the fight on global climate change and the transition to a clean-energy powered economy.
This is a FT Direct Hire position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead NYSERDA’s engagement with school bus operators and engineering firms to offer technical assistance and fleet electrification planning services to school bus operators statewide
- Actively manage projects with engineering firms developing individualized fleet electrification plans for school bus fleets
- Provide guidance and oversight to other team members managing school bus fleet electrification plan projects
- Stay apprised of the latest technical and market developments around ESBs to inform NYSERDA’s technical assistance program
- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with ESB market stakeholders including industry participants, school districts, and electric utilities
- Identify and pursue opportunities for program improvement, including ways NYSERDA can better address equity in transportation
- Ability to perform all managerial and supervisory responsibilities with demonstrated experience fostering respect, diversity, equity and inclusion across the workforce.
