What are the responsibilities and job description for the Jr. IT Help Desk Technician position at Fuse.cloud?
Summary/Objective.
The success of Fuse.Cloud is heavily reliant on the members of our technical operations team. The Jr. IT Help Desk is a full-time employee and is a critical team member at Fuse.Cloud. In this role, the employee is responsible for IT-related onboarding, support, and maintenance for Fuse.Cloud customers. The employee reports directly to the Director of Customer Support.
Required Experience:
- Graduation from a standard four-year high school or equivalent (GED or High School Equivalency Diploma)
- Windows 10/11 operating systems
- Microsoft applications
- Mobile OS - Android and Apple
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Required Competencies
- Excellent communication skills
- Through and self-sufficient
- Ability to represent the company in a professional manner
- Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate at a non-technical customer-facing level
Responsibilities and Duties
- Assisting Fuse.Cloud customers with service issues
- Manage IT projects and onboard customers onto our IT platform
- Client training for all Managed Services products
- Client email hosting/maintenance
- Client desktop support/maintenance
- Client network support/maintenance
- Client data backup solutions
- Client network asset monitoring and support
- Hardware/Software upgrades for Fuse.Cloud clients
- Manage on-call IT support for Fuse.Cloud clients
