Fuse Specialty Appliances, a retail distributor of high-end luxury appliances, seeks a Service Coordinator. The Service Coordinator's primary responsibility will be to foster positive experiences for our existing customer base via prompt, efficient and courteous handling of all service calls and repair requests.
Key Responsibilities
- Service Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule service appointments for customers, ensuring timely and efficient allocation of resources.
- Customer Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for service-related inquiries. Provide updates, manage expectations, and follow up post-service to ensure satisfaction.
- Documentation & Reporting: Accurately document all service activities. Prepare regular reports on open service orders, technician schedules, and customer feedback.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot service-related challenges and collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and manufacturers to resolve any escalations promptly.
- Administrative Support: Maintain and update customer records, process warranty claims, and handle necessary paperwork related to service activities.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or scheduling software.
- Ability to quickly learn CRM or service management systems
