Site Supervisor

Job Overview
The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing on-site project operations to ensure that all tasks are executed efficiently, safely, and according to Fuse Specialty Appliances standards. This role involves monitoring progress, maintaining quality control, and acting as a liaison between the project manager and on-site install team. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Coordination and Oversight

• Supervise daily on-site activities, ensuring compliance with schedules, plans, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate the work of team members, subcontractors, and vendors to achieve project milestones.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work quality meets company and client standards.
• Address conflicts or challenges among team members promptly and professionally.
• Work closely with Project Manager during on-site operations, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.

2. Safety and Compliance

• Enforce safety standards and protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including permits and inspections.
• Respond to and document incidents or accidents promptly, implementing corrective actions as needed.

3. Resource Management

• Monitor and manage on-site materials, equipment, and tools to prevent delays or shortages.
• Join our team as a Site Supervisor where you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality construction projects while fostering a safe and productive work environment.

4. Reporting and Documentation

• Maintain accurate records of site activities, materials used, and completed tasks.
• Document and resolve issues that arise during on-site operations.

Certifications: Relevant certifications in safety (e.g., OSHA 30-hour, First Aid) are highly desirable.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.
• Capability to stand, walk, and lift materials or equipment up to 50lbs.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
