What You’ll Do
- Lead and support a team of collection agents, setting goals and monitoring performance
- Develop and implement strategies to improve collections and reduce outstanding balances
- Maintain accurate records and analyze AR aging reports to identify and resolve delinquent accounts
- Communicate effectively with customers to negotiate payment terms and resolve disputes
- 2 years of experience in collections, AR, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate a team
- Proficiency in collection software and financial analysis
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations professionally
