Responsibilities Of IT Application Specialist
- Deliver hands-on technical support by resolving software issues, setting up applications, and ensuring proper configuration.
- Keep system records accurate and up-to-date for both in-house and third-party applications.
- Analyze recurring challenges, escalate complex cases to specialized teams, and oversee follow-through to resolution.
- Contribute to improving system functionality by assessing and recommending innovative technology solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field preferred
- 5 years of experience supporting software systems for clients, internal users, and third-party vendors.
- Technical proficiency to include AWS, Azure, Python, PowerShell, Java, Linux, Windows
